PVC (or PVCU) rubber ring joints are made from the high quality PVC material with the rubber ring insert of the pipes ends. Which is easy to connect the pipes and pipes together. And the rubber ring joints are good sealing, so the rubber ring joints are widely used for U PVC, M PVC pipes, especially for the large diameter pipes, the steel rubber ring joints coated PVC will be used, could bear high strength and pressure.
Rubber ring joints are produced by state of the art technology, has high strength for connection part.
Pipes and pipe joints are connected together by the unique shape rubber ring fitted along the groove in the socket to provide absolute water seal.
The rubber ring joint has sufficient flexibility to absorb vibrations caused by uneven ground subsidence or from heavy traffic. The joint has allowable deflection of 3° from pipe axis. Furthermore, it acts like an "Expansion Joint" due to its elasticity to absorb the expansion and shrinkage of the pipe caused by changes in ambient temperature.
Speedy installation is obtainable, since rubber ring pipes and fittigns do not need adhesive or special tool, saving cost and time.
The rubber ring joints is a pushfit insertion joint together with the use of lubricant, which could be installed under any severe natural or geographical conditions, for instance, severe winter season, stormy or floody weather, etc.
